Lo pueden bajar de TechNet para quienes esten suscriptos, sino deberan esperar hasta mediados de Marzo, donde sera libre para todo el publico.

Q: Will SP1 be released in waves? If so, how will that work?
SP1 will be released in 2 waves. The first wave will include 5 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, and Japanese. The second wave will include all 36 languages supported by Windows Vista and be released 8-12 weeks after the first wave.
Each wave will commence with a milestone called RTM—Release to Manufacturing. This milestone is the date at which the service pack is deemed complete. Shortly after this milestone, it will be posted on Windows Update and the Microsoft Download Center for users who proactively choose to install the service pack. After the service pack is made available on Windows Update and Microsoft Download Center, it will start being offered to PCs that are configured to automatically check for updates.
