{"id":394,"date":"2008-07-04T01:00:38","date_gmt":"2008-07-04T04:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/blog\/?p=394"},"modified":"2008-07-04T01:00:38","modified_gmt":"2008-07-04T04:00:38","slug":"como-crear-un-public-folder-tree-en-exchange-2003-howto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/blog\/?p=394","title":{"rendered":"Como crear un Public Folder Tree en Exchange 2003 {HOWTO}"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hace un tiempo hemos visto algunos problemas con las carpetas publicas (<strong><em>Public Folders<\/em><\/strong>), hoy veremos como crear un nuevo <strong><em>Public Folder Tree<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando instalamos Exchange Server 2003 por defecto se crea una carpeta llamada <strong><em>Public Folder<\/em><\/strong>, pero si deseamos es posible crear nuesta propia estructura de Public Folder segun nuestras necesidades. <\/p>\n<p>Para hacer esto abrimos la consola de <strong><em>Exchange System Manager<\/em><\/strong>, vamos a nuestra organizacion, <strong><em>Administrative Groups, First Administrative Group, Folders<\/em><\/strong>. Hacemos un clic con el boton derecho y seleccionamos <strong><em>New<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Public Folder Tree&#8230;<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_01.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"299\" alt=\"NewPublicFolderTree_01\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_01_thumb.png\" width=\"444\" border=\"0\"><\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>Se abre una nueva ventana, donde ingresamos el nombre de la carpeta, y hacemos clic en <em>OK<\/em><strong>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_02.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"299\" alt=\"NewPublicFolderTree_02\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_02_thumb.png\" width=\"444\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ahora dentro de la consola de Exchange vamos&nbsp; a <strong><em>Servers, Server name, First Storage Group<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_03.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"299\" alt=\"NewPublicFolderTree_03\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_03_thumb.png\" width=\"444\" border=\"0\"><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la solapa <strong><em>General<\/em><\/strong>, ingresamos el nombre. Este nombre debe coincidir con el del <strong><em>Public Folder Root<\/em><\/strong>, por lo que, en nuestro ejemplo sera <strong><em>RaDians Public Folder Tree<\/em><\/strong>. En donde dice &#8220;<strong><em>Associated public folder tree<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;, hacemos clic en <strong><em>Browse<\/em><\/strong> y seleccionamos la carpeta que hemos creado. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_04.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"299\" alt=\"NewPublicFolderTree_04\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_04_thumb.png\" width=\"444\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hacemos clic en <strong><em>OK<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la solapa <strong><em>Database<\/em><\/strong>, fueron creados por <strong><em>deafult<\/em><\/strong> las bases de datos con los nombres que hemos ingresado, si es correcta la ubicacion hacemos clis en <strong><em>OK<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esto crea la carpeta pero no la monta, entonces seleccionamos la carpeta, hacemos boton derecho <strong><em>Mount<\/em><\/strong> y mostrara lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_06.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"299\" alt=\"NewPublicFolderTree_07\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_07_thumb.png\" width=\"444\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ya fue montado con exito, solo nos queda conectarla contra un <strong><em>Information Store<\/em><\/strong>, para ello vamos a la consola en la seccion <strong><em>Folders<\/em><\/strong> y hacemos clic con el boton derecho y seleccionamos <strong><em>Connect to&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_08.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"301\" alt=\"NewPublicFolderTree_08\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_08_thumb.png\" width=\"444\" border=\"0\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Y seleccionamos nuestro <strong><em>Public Store<\/em><\/strong> y hacemos clic en <strong><em>OK<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/ComocrearunPublicFolderTreeenExchange200_A27D\/NewPublicFolderTree_09.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px;
