En esta oportunidad veremos c\u00f3mo testear el servicio smtp desde l\u00ednea de comando. Este procedimiento es sumamente f\u00e1cil y com\u00fan de utilizar pero tambi\u00e9n es muy f\u00e1cil olvidarse o tener alg\u00fan error cuando realmente lo necesitamos, por lo cual el motivo de esta nota es tener un ayuda memoria de c\u00f3mo hacerlo.<\/p>\n

Para aquellos que le parezca muy sencillo simplemente no lean la nota, en este sitio trato de darle espacio a todos independientemente del conocimiento que tengan. Generalmente recibo algunas preguntas que son f\u00e1cil y otras que no tanto por lo que suelo investigar y a veces ese proceso da origen a otra nota.<\/p>\n

Dicho esto seguimos con los pasos a seguir:<\/p>\n

1. Nos logeamos al servidor que tiene el servicio SMTP implementado, ejecutamos el comando cmd.exe<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Escribimos lo siguiente telnet NombreServer 25<\/span><\/em><\/strong> y presionamos ENTER<\/em><\/strong>.
\nVeremos en pantalla lo siguiente:
\n220 SRVDC01.radians.com.ar Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service, Version: 6.0.3790.3959 ready at\u00a0 Fri, 16 Nov 2007 15:21:27 -0300<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Escribimos helo me <\/em><\/strong>y presionamos ENTER<\/em><\/strong>.
\nVeremos en pantalla lo siguiente: 250 SRVDC01.radians.com.ar Hello [110.110.22.1]<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Escribimos mail from:admin@radians.com.ar <\/em><\/strong>y presionamos ENTER<\/em><\/strong>.
\nVeremos en pantalla lo siguiente: 250 2.1.0 <\/span>admin@radians.com.ar….Sender<\/span><\/a> OK<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Escribimos rcpt to:support@radians.com.ar <\/em><\/strong>y presionamos ENTER<\/em><\/strong>.
\nVeremos en pantalla lo siguiente: 250 2.1.5 <\/span>support@radians.com.ar<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

6. Escribimos Subject:Testing SMTP service <\/em><\/strong>y presionamos ENTER <\/em><\/strong>dos veces.<\/p>\n

7. Escribimos Data <\/em><\/strong>y presionamos ENTER<\/em><\/strong>.
\nVeremos en pantalla lo siguiente: 354 Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF><\/span><\/p>\n

7. Escribimos el cuerpo del mensaje lo que queremos, por ejemplo: este es el cuerpo del mensaje, en una prueba del servicio SMTP de Windows Server 2003<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

8. Para terminar el cuerpo del mensaje en una linea vacia ingresamos .<\/em><\/strong> (si un punto) y presionamos ENTER<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

9. Escribimos quit <\/em><\/strong>y presionamos ENTER.
\nVeremos en pantalla lo siguiente:
\n250 2.6.0 <SRVDC01RD4Rolomneb600000003@SRVDC01.radians.com.ar> Queued mail for delivery<\/span><\/p>\n
