B\u00e1sicamente, tengo un conocido con un problema con la libreta de direcciones, esta situaci\u00f3n me da pie para la siguiente nota en donde veremos como solucionarlo. Puntualmente la arquitectura es un dominio en Windows Server 2008 R2, y un Exchange 2010 SP2, que viene de una migraci\u00f3n de Exchange 2003. Los clientes son en su mayor\u00eda Outlook 2010 y algunos 2013. El s\u00edntoma es que no se ven todos los usuarios cuando queremos armar un mail, por tal motivo forzamos que el cliente Outlook baje la libreta de direcciones, pero da un error como el siguiente: \u201c<font color=\"#ffc000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Task <var><a href=\"mailto:rdilello@radians.com.ar\">rdilello@radians.com.ar<\/a><\/var> reported error (0x80070057): &#8216;Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again&#8217;<\/font>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_01.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_01_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Este error esta reportado para clientes Outlook 2013, y se debe a que b\u00e1sicamente el Exchange Server est\u00e1 configurado para habilitar la descarga de OAB utilizando s\u00f3lo la distribuci\u00f3n de carpetas p\u00fablicas; y Outlook 2013 no permite descargar la libreta de direcciones sin conexi\u00f3n desde una carpeta p\u00fablica de Exchange Server. La soluci\u00f3n es configurar nuestro servidor de Exchange para habilitar la descarga de OAB mediante distribuci\u00f3n basada en web.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para verificar esto vamos a nuestro servidor de Exchange, abrimos la consola, vamos a <font color=\"#ff0000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Organization Configuration<\/font>, <font color=\"#ff0000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Mailbox<\/font>, seleccionamos la solapa <font color=\"#ff0000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Offline Address Book<\/font> y vemos la siguiente configuraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_04.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_04_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"207\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Si vemos las propiedades, podremos ver lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_06.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_06_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"603\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed vemos que solamente esta configurada para realizar la distribuci\u00f3n por Public Folders(<font color=\"#ff0000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Enable public folder distribution<\/font>). Debemos habilitar el tilde en <font color=\"#ff0000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Enable Web-based distribution<\/font> y seleccionamos <font color=\"#ff0000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Add\u2026<\/font> para agregar nuestro Default Web Site, correspondiente a nuestra OAB; quedar\u00eda de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_07.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_07_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Una vez cambiado esto, para no esperar los tiempos configurados en el servidor, podemos forzar la actualizaci\u00f3n de la lista:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_08.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_08_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"248\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al forzar la actualizaci\u00f3n nos da mostrara el siguiente mensaje:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_09.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_09_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"202\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aceptamos la advertencia y listo. Ahora deber\u00edamos reiniciar el servicio de Exchange encargado de la distribuci\u00f3n, es el servicio llamado <font color=\"#ffc000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">Microsoft Exchange File Distribution<\/font>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_10.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_10_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"297\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Y por ultimo, forzamos la replicaci\u00f3n de nuestro Active Directory, nos logeamos en nuestro Domain Controller, y ejecutamos <font color=\"#ffc000\" face=\"OCR A Extended\">repadmin \/syncall \/APed<\/font>. El resultado no deber\u00eda dar ning\u00fan error, como vemos en la siguiente captura:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"www.radians.com.ar \u00a9 2013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radians.com.ar\/Articulos\/Images\/444ba69807b1_8B9F\/exchangeErrorGAL_11_thumb.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"858\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Listo, todo realizado.
